Approach: Analysed 12,000+ customer interactions segmented by acquisition channel (Google, Email, Social, Direct, Referral), device type, cart behaviour, and peak activity windows. Assessed referral channel ROI and conversion rates at each funnel stage.
Output: Funnel visualisation identifying 3+ major drop-off points, recommendations for mobile checkout optimisation and targeted channel investment — projecting a 12–15% conversion yield improvement.

Problem: Identify key drivers of attrition and training outcomes across a workforce dataset, and surface insights HR leadership can act on.
Approach: Built KPI dashboards for performance, attendance, and training completion using SQL, Tableau, and Excel. Integrated multiple data sources, defined KPIs, and built an attrition-risk forecasting model using regression analysis.
Output: KPI views, attrition model, and an HR insights report that contributed to a 12% improvement in training completion rates and supported workforce planning decisions.

Problem: Understand revenue leakage and performance drivers across regions and product SKUs.
